Day 1 - Handstand Fundamentals
• Date: Saturday, September 21
• Time: 12:00 PM (apprx. 3 hrs)
• Focus: Shoulder Mobility, Conditioning, Balancing Technique & Drills
Our workshop begins with essential shoulder mobility exercises and conditioning to prepare your body.
You'll learn correct handstand positioning during the warm-up.
We'll then progress to balancing drills at the wall and explore different leg shapes to enhance body control and awareness.
Day 2 - Advanced Techniques & Press to Handstand
• Date: Sunday, September 22
• Time: 10:00 AM (apprx. 3 hrs)
• Focus: Middle Split Mobility and Press to Handstand Drills
Building on Day 1, we delve into middle split mobility to improve overall movement quality and prepare for advanced skills.
The workshop continues with straddle shapes and drills for the press to handstand, suitable for those with basic experience or a 10-second freestanding handstand.
