“Although I have the formal gymnastics and gymnastic coaching background, I learned the more advanced handstand skills as an adult who also weight trains for strength. What this means is that I understand the struggle to learn this practice and how it feels to be tackling gymnastic skills as an adult. In the past, I have never learned the handstand press or handstand push up in gymnastics due to a limitation in my spine. Later as an adult, I have made the mistakes of trying for advanced skills before I had the foundational strength to back it up and I injured both my shoulders. I have overcome those injuries and obstacles with my researched and tested health focused approach to achieve advanced handstand skills I only dreamed of before. And so can you!

Online Handstand Coaching
1-on-1 online handstand training with your professional coach Chala!
Learn from someone who learned the art of handstand balancing as an adult.
Here is how it works:
1. Initial Questionnaire and Assessment
The initial questionnaire will ask about your sport background, goals, and how much time you have to train per week. After completing it, you will receive an app invite with an assessment to film and complete.
2. Video Call Consultation
This is where we meet to discuss your sport background and handstand goals in more depth, along with some feedback on the assessment you submitted. Bring any questions you may have and get to know me as well. After this, I will send you your individualized programming.
3. Feedback w/Weekly Video Check-ins
In the app, you will see each exercise I give you with a demo video. You will film your workout through the app and with it submit any questions that come up. I will provide feedback and coaching notes in the weekly video check-ins and your training will progressively be adjusted each week aimed at reaching your goals and catered to your strengths and weaknesses. Any necessary adjustments to the program are included in the membership, and as you progress, the program will adjust with you.
